Where has this Will Hoskins done deal rumour started?

Think it was mentioned on here that we failed to get him during the loan period as Fallon wouldnt go to Bristol Rovers but the poster added that it was a done deal for during the summer and the figure of a fee rising to £1m was mentioned.

Gillespie is a decent enough striker but I think we should be aiming a bit higher than him if we want to finish top half of the Championship

We nearly signed him before the loan deadline but Bristol R didn't have enough time to find a replacement. In the summer, they will have time to find a replacement (and they won't have a choice if they go down). Also, the fact we were willing to pay up to 1 million suggests we were pretty serious about getting him. Would be surprised if he didn't sign for us in the summer.

Why? Neither them are Championship class, if this is the type of players we're looking at that then I wouldn't be surprised to be back in League One.

Mooney isn’t actually a bad shout. He’s one of those strikers who’s stats are slightly deceiving as he’s not an ‘out and out goal scorer’ but his overall contribution would fit in well with our style.

I believe he’s on a free and has never missed a penalty.
