I thought if I made my username five-nil or something similar it'd be boring.

Of course I don't expect an opened-armed welcome but maybe you could shoot my arguement down in flames sensibly rather than just resorting to insults. Or maybe just mix something relevant to the thread in with the insults?

Bit foolish to generalise that war-time footballers were COs. See my earlier post for famous examples of players who served but still played for club and country between 1939 and 1945.
