If you've already looked on the website you should have the answer to your own questions. From the site "Applicants should supply an open cheque" and "Supporters are asked not to specify which price band they prefer, as the club will be selling the allocation in a specific order"

Well done that man. Just dropped mine off this morning because I don't trust the postal service. Hopefully reasonably near the front of the queue
