36,000 at an average of £25.00 (probably more like £30.00) means total revenue of £900,000. So our share is 45% which nets us a cool £405,000!!

That should help the bank balance.

But that includes the costs of staging (stewards, policing, officials etc etc) the match which need to be extracted before we get our dosh.

and we only get 45% of what's left net of VAT so I rekon we'll do well to see £300k

Is it not 45% of gate receipts?? This would exclude the extras you mention but still £300K isn't to be sniffed at.
