The reason Southern Counties (and other BBC stations) don't broadcast the commentary over the web, is that the BBC don't own the rights.
As far as I'm aware, the football league has sold the radio rights to the BBC, but internet rights to other companies (the parent company of Seagulls World being one of them). As part of the BBC radio deal, they allow their radio coverage to be used on the web.
Which is a complete pisser as I don't want to pay for Seagulls World since they almost doubled the cost of subscription last year.
