South Park vs Family Guy

Don't now if we've had one of these before bet i'm intrigued.

Family Guy or South Park?

I can't decide. They are both brilliantly wrong in different ways which is why I love both.

FWIW this is not even a debate. South Park is much, much better.

Southpark has the deeper quality. FamilyGuy relies far too heavily on film references all the time, rather than make its own meme. its saved by a talking dog and psychotic baby, otherwise it would be a Simpsons clone.

I never got on with South Park purely on the basis that the animation pissed me off. I am not sure why, it just did.

Tough. I think I laugh out loud more at Family Guy but South Park is much cleverer and more satirical. Hmmm Family Guy only because I don't find South Park quite as good as it used to be.

Family Guy. Funniest thing on TV.

Totally understand why people dont get it though. I never used to, but its true what they say.

When you first watch it, you need to watch 4 or 5 epsiodes back to back, and then you suddenly "get it".

South Park so hit and miss. Its either not about Cartman (Crap) or Cartmans the main character in the episode (10/10)
