Three experienced managers picked him for their team.
They see something in him.

But alas nobody else does.

Ive been a massive Oatway fan in recent seasons and i even think he did ok last season, but then again there were not many better options.
This season we do have better options, use them!

Yesterday oatway was PATHETIC and turned in one of the worse performances from a proffessional i have ever seen, and im including McCammon at Burnley last season:eek:

I mean a "Professional" footballer that cant even pass the ball to someone wearing the same shirt, thats ridiculas:angry:

I think there is a slight exaggeration in your post Junior but not going to bother to argue.

definently an exageration - yes, oatway was poor, but he was certainly not as bad as some people are making out

He is struggling at the moment but all players go through bad patches, we will see Charlie back to his best soon.

dont matter
I believe he can still do a job now and again,i.e. a man marking job on the opposition's playmaker, but when we're playing a side that are there to be beaten,i.e.Hull, he should be"rested" and a more creative player,i.e Reid,Hammond or Nicholas have got to play

Hopefully he will get his 'rest' at Shrewsbury but it will more likely be Carpenter. Is it also the fact that McGhee doesnt want to drop his captain that is keeping him out there?

I still think we need to go 5 in midfield.

Get Hammond Central with Carpenter and Nicholas
