Also, seems odd that the text is that way round on the "cinder track" as it's the wrong way round for the TV cameras and all the people in the west stand.

I thought the TV cameras were mostly on the other side? Hence the writing is the right way round. Typically the dug-outs are opposite the cameras, not under them.

Are you sure? There is a great big tv gantry on the West Stand Upper! Plus the East will be facing into the Sun! (when it's out)

No it isn't. There's 3 camera gantries in the West stand, the plans show cameras in the west stand and Martin Perry has said previously about cameras in the west stand.
