No, I did not do that. I:

Awoke with a very heavy head and stumbled to the sofa
Stayed there for an hour
Trotted down to London Road to get the paper and some grub
Watched some 24
Snoozed
Ate beans on toast
Went for a constitutional early evening stroll amongst the falling blossom of Preston Park
Collapsed on the sofa again, with a cuppa

No, I did not do that. I....

Got up at noon and had scrambled eggs on toast for lunch.
Wrote a letter to my solicitor.
Fixed the plugs on the bath and sink, then cleaned the bathroom.
Went round to the in-laws for a Wii-Golf session followed by a roast beef dinner washed down with red wine.
Ate a home made muffin.
Went home.
Went to bed.

My lad's team were U13's runners up on the Sunday.

well done ,hope you enjoyed the day,and come back next year,3 years running and it gets better every time imo,we had to turn loads of teams away again this year,we only have 3 age groups at the club and the profit from the whole weekend goes straight back into the boys developement

is it any good?

I enjoyed it, definitely.

It's not a Star Trek film in the 'traditional' sense of the term (someone who had no knowledge of Trek could go and enjoy it purely as an action movie with no problem at all), but that's no criticism. If you do know anything of Star Trek, then there are plenty of references and in-jokes there to keep you happy as well.

I'd say it's definitely worth a watch.

i spent the morning throwing the entrie contents of my stomach up on a side street in munich, before dancing around in a fountain in the middle of the city centre, and then consuming copious more beer and sausage
