I have gone for ninth, for no other reason than any number is at best guesswork. We were appalling Tuesday night, but we have all seen some brilliant football at the Amex, and at Cardiff. I can't see many teams that will do what that lot up the road managed this season. I have said from the day that promotion to this league was achieved, I would settle for any position that avoided relegation.

Mid table was my feeling at the start of the season and still is. Anything above would be a bonus. Sometimes I think our supporters are trying to run before we can walk, it was only 18 months ago we were in a relegation battle at Division One.

We have come along way and still have a long way to go, just enjoy the ride, there's always going to be up's and down's!

I still think the Championship is a league where everyone is capable of beating each other which makes for good viewing.

If we had lost to Peterborough in that manner on Tuesday but beaten Palace 2-0 earlier on, would the wrist slitters on here be talking about a 12th place finish having been top 2 weeks ago? And 19th? f***ing hell, I ask you.
