Very easy to say stick your job but they could make a great team and I hope he stays.

This is always a potential problem of promoting a good club man to the top job. If it doesn't work out not only do you lose a manager but you run the risk of losing a valued servant of the club as well.

We managed to keep Hinshelwood when it happened to him, I just hope we can keep Deano as well.
