ive just signed up but does anyone know how i can get the best quality picture............i get the speech but the video doesnt really move.....

is it best to download it

I take it you have clicked high quality? Other wise just download it.

I only download the ones I want to keep.

Are you on high speed broadband? If not then stick to low
