Seagulls Support Wrexham Match (Sunday 10 October at the Racecourse Ground)

Wales squads just announced and four Wrexham players in the U21 squad plus one in the Trinidad squad ... official Wrexham site says Peterborough match therefore likely to be postponed!
Will confirm later!

Match to be postponed!

Just spoken to Wrexham AFC and due to U21 international call-ups for 5 of their players they are asking to postpone the 10 Oct match against Peterborough!
This means our solidarity day with Wrexham is blown out the water.
Does anyone want to suggest an alternative fixture?
I am willing to co-ordinate again

It would be great if we could go to the re-arranged Peterborough game. Although guess mid-week wouldn't be very suitable! I'm sure we could give Barry Fry a bit of stick!

It's a shame the Posh game has been called off but it always looked likely.
I was really looking forward to you all coming to join us in the stands. Hope we can sort out another match.

Just looking at the next possible Saturday fixtures now when we might not be playing at all.

Dec 18th Vs Hartlepool (Our match is the Friday)

Jan 29th Vs Doncaster (FA cup 4th round)

Mar 26th Vs Brentford (No match)

May 7th Vs Huddersfield (Our game is on Sunday)

Not a lot of choice.

We are at Stoke City on Friday night and Wrexham at home to Hartlepool the next day. The places are only 40 or so miles apart and I am sure we could get a big turn out if we all took over the Travel Lodge at Knutsford or Alsager on Friday night!!!
We may even get a bigger Seagulls presence at both matches .... or better still Wrexham join us on Friday and we join them on saturday!!!!!

It's not looking to good for the near future.
Perhaps when our rearranged games against Blackpool and the Posh have been organised there might be a chance, possibly dates that have been put aside for cup games.

Saturday 18 December is the day that NSC are sponsoring the Lewes -v- Redbridge match.

The Doncaster game looks inviting. Hopefully, if we get through to the 4th round of the cup, our game might be changed to Sunday to facilitate live game on TV.
