And you both have flash installed and updated, and you've tried multiple browsers.

I have installed the latest version compatible with my computer. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. Have tried it in Firefox and Safari.

Last post before going to bed...

should I have some kind of radio graphic? I have the box that says Live Match commentary and gives you the option of choosing wolves or Brighton. That's on the left hand side. On the right hand side there used to be another box with volume control on it. Now I have nothing. Just a plain white background.

Mine keeps cutting out every 2 or 3 minutes despite my connection being 15mbps recently. Just cancelled.
