i've done it before. not a standard half, add a good 20 + mins to your expectations

From the map most of it seems to be up and down hills cross-country.

I only did it once and have been recovering ever since! One old guy (must have been in his 80's) used to do it every year, usually coming in to rapturous applause as the prizes were being given out a couple of hours after most people had finished. I had to admire him but it didn't make me ever want to do it again. Up and down Seaford Head is not my idea of fun, especially up.
