Spoorloos (The Vanishing) 1988 - that freaked me out a fair bit

Les Yeux Sans Visage 1960 - stunning to look at, some utterly shocking sequences and I had the benefit of seeing it for the first time at a 2 am showing strung out on all kinds of shit

Was that the one where a guy abducts a girl at a service station? Think I must have fallen asleep in that one as I've no idea how it ends.

For some reason Danny Boyle's Sunshine rather freaked me out. Nothing to do with the rather ridiculous plot device of the missing crew. More about man's utter insignificance in the face of implacable nature, or summat like that.
