Down here in Oz we use chicken salt which is so much better the common old regular salt, it's a subtly seasoned difference but unbeatable. As for vinegar, you can keep that muck of my "hot chips".

Neither...I eat mine with a liberal splash of Thai sweet chilli sauce, adds a bit of spice and flavour without leaving your chips a soggy mess!

Me: 'Onion vinegar, no salt thanks...'

Look of horror on assistant's face when they realise they've then doused 'em in salt like on automatic pilot, and will have to chuck them back in the fryer and have another stab :lol:
