Honestly , don't know any more. I can understand why we got rid of Danny Cullip as a defender (although I think he may still work for the club) but I cannot understand why we released Adam Virgo. I could only guess.

I haven't the foggiest why we signed Paynter.

My temptation is to think Gus signed Paynter to show just how hard it is to sign a decent striker with a wage cap in place as other clubs in the same division are willing to break the bank.

My view we ought to sign (permanently) a player who has the capability of making it in the Premiership and that means a young player. Murray was only a maybe.
