have you never heard of wilkinsons,not many down south but we have on in Llanelli and lets say this if they ever open in brighton they will put a lot of the so called national stores out of business in the city

The nearest one is in Burgess Hill.
A great shop and headquarters are in Worksop. I used to love going in the Huddersfield branch.

Now this I would recommend, a slow cooker and only £20.

These things have revolutionised my life.

The other morning I took a joint of pork out the fridge.

Removed the skin and fat, and chopped into very large chunks.

Fried the chunks in a little hot oil until brown, threw in some chopped onions and garlic.

When the onions had softened a bit, threw the whole lot in the slow cooker.

Added some peeled new potatoes (whole), a carrot, a bay leaf, couple of teaspoons of coriander seeds and a few sprigs of parsely.

Then covered the lot with a couple of glasses of white wine and some chicken stock.

Turned the slow cooker on and went to work.

Came back to something quite fantastic.

Bloody marvelous things.
