McCartney was a genious. Alot of Harrisons, Lennons and McCartneys decent stuff released after the break up was actually written while they were Beatles.

Jealous Guy for example was written by john when he was a Beatles.. they just never stuck together long enough to release it all!

Didn't realise there was a film about Lennon and the FBI LI, should be interesting.

I'm sure there is an Elvis connection in there somewhere.

Presley (off his mind on perscription drugs at the time) saw the Beatles and their like a damaging influencence on society particularly Lennon.

I think Elvis went on at the American Government so much in the 70s (i.e. ringing the President night and day) that to shut him up they made him an "FBI agent" just to shut him up.

There's a photograph knocking about with him displaying some medal or something to signify it.

same with the other guys. But as a whole, magnificent.

I'll lend you my Lennon Legend CD. Deffo worth a listen if your interested. A song for every mood. Really touching stuff.
