No idea. All I know is what the Argus reported on August 16 2017 when Albion were seeking the work pemit for Izquierdo:-

..[the player] is unable to train with the rest of the squad while a work permit is pending, and the club cannot pay him or involve him in any promotional activities until securing the work permit.
