You would of course be saying the same if someone were complaining about a seller of BNP news or whatever ?

Agree with bushy for once. No place for extremist politics of any stance, at the football.

Is it comporable?
Whenever i've seen BNP leaflets handed out, they tend to involve incitement to violence and other illegal things.
Whereas The Socialist Worker is published paper and presumably has to adhere to some press regulations.I'd say it's more like if someone was trying to sell Daily Mails or give out Metros at the Albion

Yes, it is.

You either allow all, or you allow none. You can't pick and choose. The BNP are a legal entity, however distasteful many of us find their views.
If you allow the left a presence, then ban the BNP, they'd have justifiable grounds for a discrimination case.

Fascists are judicial authority (my interpretation). Then comes the trial.

Anybody comparing German fascists with socialists are being, at best, deceitful, and clearly borderline fascists themselves.

Nonsense. Certain types of socialists can be fascist in their outlook. Don't take my word for it, both Karl Popper and Hayek wrote at great length about it.

And why would someone who interprets certain types of socialism as fascism necessarily be a borderline fascist? Please explain.

Because the fascists in Germanys first act was to round up the the communist, socialist, and trades union leaders, and send them to Belsen for execution.
Im sure there are fringes of the left that may appear 'fascist' to SOME people, but to paint socialism as fascist is ridiculous, and whats a 'certain type of socialist'... is that the same as a 'certain type of fascist'?

Im happy with the world view, and historical view of socialism and fascism, and not offshoots of either.

If you want to change history, go for it.

I don't think anyone said all socialists are fascists so not sure where you got that from. We're talking about the extremists anyway. Those are my certain types of socialist. And these are the ones that Popper especially wrote about.

I'm sorry Dave but Popper knew a darn sight more about it than you or me. You might disagree with him but his arguments carry far more weight and are part of the accepted world view of certain types of socialism.
