That about NSC was my attempt at being sarcastic. Dont know if it is true but I was told some time ago by a junior employee of the club that employees are banned from contributing to NSC but Guy Butters often posted under his wifes name IIRC.

I think it goes hand in hand, showing passion by the manager can in my view spur the players on. Where as sitting the whole game on the bench without at least wandering into the technical area can in my view have the reverse effect.

As I said we see it differently. As per my previous post you couldn't have a more animated manager than De Canio which, in theory, should make him the most successful manager in the country.

Another thing to thank Sky for. The Technical area, so the cameras have something to show other than the match being played and shots of the crowd with rattles and flat caps.
