Unless you have a friend who's a techy you can't. You could always call Samsung but I doubt that it'll do you much good. How old is it ? Does it have a warranty ?

Hmm, have you tried removing the CD yet and rebooting ? (there's catch underneath if it's a laptop)

Then reinsert the CD and boot again
