Not sure you can judge after one job.

Hart was class at Forest and has failed every where else.

I'd prefer Wilkins to McGhee, but I'd actually like someone that is new to management and may still have some player contacts.

I think we could be a good opportunity for a young manager, who has little or no experience, similar to Mike Newell at Luton or Ade Boothroyd at Watford.

Who that actual person is I don't know, as I don't know what recently retired players have done the badges etc, but I'm sure if the job came up a lot of people would want it.

I'd say Wilkins but our track record of promoting from within isn't good.

I give you, Jimmy Melia, Jimmy Case, Jeff Wood, Martin Hincshelwood for a start. Old boy Brian Horton came and promised a lot but didn't deliver.

I think we should have gone to church on Sunday (I did) and prayed for a second coming personally.
