Full backs are Reid and Hart because they are being skinned regularly especially Reid on the left by Little.

It sounds like Gary Hart is effectively out of the game. This is the wing-back system. If Reading attack down their right our right back is redundant. I would take a defender off at half-time and go back to four at the back.
