That is a JOKE.

What does the READERS DIGEST know anyway?

I would say MOSS SIDE, TOWER HAMLETS, HACKNEY etc would be worse than Hastings or Reading.

How is Rother in the top ten as well?

Quite clearly you have not visited Moss Side recently as it has changed

Neither are Haringey, North East Lincolnshire or Waltham Forest which are also in the worst ten...CLEVER CLOGS.

Correct. Odd. Is based on things like flooding (?) though...

Some of it is done on what local people class as important. Therefore if people in one area don't think schools are as important, having good schools will not necessarily be reflected.

Not very SCIENTIFIC or FAIR.

Yeah, but who the f*ck wants to live in Scotland?

Mind you, that said, I would rather live there than Reading to be fair.

And me.

I would disagree on the burglary figures but the violence figures I owuld guess are spot on. Shitty little place at the weekends as all the chavs from Aldershot, Wokingham, Camberley etc come in and wage war on each other and on us.

Never did like Readers Digest. Barely disguised right wing rabid nonsense most of the time
