Illness strikes Royals
Reading are hunting the source of an infection which caused two players to miss Tuesday's game against Cardiff.
Adie Williams had to undergo surgery on a swollen knee, while fellow defender Nicky Shorey has been in hospital with a swollen foot.
Nicky Forster suffered a similar problem earlier in the season.
Royals boss Steve Coppell said: "The fact that it has happened so frequently is what concerns me, so I have asked for an investigation."
