and what exactly is 'that kind of music'? one of the reasons radiohead are so awesome is because they often defy genre. and when you do try to label them they just change their style. it's difficult to find two more dissimilar albums than pablo honey and kid a.

They only defy genre if you look at it from the viewpoint of Kid A being a change of genre rather than an alt. rock band doing a couple of electronic wibblings with a bit of guitar thrown in for a change of scenery.

OK Computer not nearly as good as their last 3 albums where they've retained the melodies (their strong point) but have properly started dabbling with computers ironically.

radioheads 1st album pablo honey is class. their 2nd album the bends is also class. their 3rd album ok computer is very good. then after that i lost intrest in them as kid A was a complete load of bollox.

A lesson in making money from pop music;

1) play an overdriven chord, slowly pluck it and wank over how great it sounds sustained to hell.

2) sing a totally unrelated rhythm with obscure lyrics that mean nothing, but with angst and as if they mean loads.

3) nurture dodgy hairdo, clothing, and be sultry and indirect to the press.

4) enjoy bank balance
