quick season ticket / club shop question

sorry if im being a bit of a div but im not sure about this. i have to buy a couple of replica tops for xmas presents tomorrow (gotta start the kids off young!) . being a season ticket holder that getsme 10% i think . question is do i have to pre load that cash on to my smart card and pay for it as you would beers etc or do you pay with your credit / debit card and they give you 10 % off at the till ?

Not quite right. Last Saturday i got my son the duvet set and paid by debit and they swiped my season ticket. 10% was done that way.

Not at all right, pay using your credit card but ask the shop to upload the payment via your season ticket.

Subsequently your card will be credited the 10% back.

All sounds a bit complex to me.
Shall be getting my Albion tops in Woolworths as per last year. Cash only with a quarter pound of pick a mix and a CD on the Hallmark label thrown in.
