I think I may of posted something similar before but...

So we lost.

So we may be relegated.

So some of the goings on in the last year or so have left us bemused, angered and above all frustrated, but...

Take a step to one side and breathe in then breathe out..

Have a look at your life and consider what is really important, the health and happiness of those near and dear. Value that and put 'tHe Albion' into context.

We live to fight again next Saturday and a few more after that. If we win enjoy that and make merry. If we lose then look positively to the next game and support the club as best you can.

If we go down then hopefully we will have a good squad and a good manager to will bring the 'winning' feeling back to the club. Above all treasure the fact that we still have a club to make us happy and sad in equal instalments.

Agree with that. The world will not stop turning if we get relegated. After 35 years of supporting this team I hve experienced many relegations, and this one will be no worse or better then any of the others. We will as we always do bounce back.
