Anyone know any good pubs in Swindon?

Have to say I always visit The Glue Pot, near the station but far enough away from the town centre that we've never had any trouble from the lame brains.

Be careful, they have some godawful local brew called Arkell's which every pub seems to serve over there. It's like we have Harvey's round here, only that is great and this Arkell's stuff is terrible. Don't under any circumstances drink it!

The Merlin is definitely the best pub for away fans. Five minute walk from the ground, across the Magic Roundabout and just past the fire station. Safe as f***.
