PSP's - Cheaper in Thailand?

My lad wants a Sony PSP for his birthday and as my parents are off to Thailand this week I was wondering whether it was worth asking them to look out for a deal on one while they are there.

Anyone know if they are much cheaper out there and any advice on what to ask for?

Bought one over here the other week £149.99 in gamestation included 32mb memory stick and GTA vice city stories - impressed with it to be honest - but as to your original question about Thailand no idea, sorry

I brought one back from Florida $199 it came with a 1 meg memory card and a game also a film ........I know I cant get UK flms to work on it though !!!!!!!!!

Get a 1.5 version then you can play games from the memory card only.

Electrical goods are not cheap-unless the item was made in Thailand. No problem with voltages: SAME SAME.
