The palace stats suggest an Everton style classic palace anti football ‘win’ again. There’s so much dross in the prem now surviving every year…

Adam: After today's game, Brighton have conceded 20 goals this season so far. Only three teams have conceded more, and they make up four of the bottom three, while Brighton have kept one clean sheet in all comps since April. Yet Dunk is considered better for England than Ezri Konsa

Konsa 😂

Embarrassing behaviour from both sides in this game, pathetic it’s like watching the Madrid derby.

It’s not a red, he barely even touched him, which is fairly lucky, it was more of a block lunge.

Not sure you have to touch the player for it to be a red
:lolol: get a grip, that’s never a red card, it was a potential red card tackle but without the forceful contact there’s no case for a red, he’s just lucky the Newcastle player saw him coming.

Think it should have been this…..

SERIOUS FOUL PLAY

A tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play.

Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play.

So a player jumps out the way to stop himself being snapped in 2 and it's ok as he didn't make Contact?

Not sure I agree.

Using the same logic, he should have had his leg broken to get a player sent off.
