Th only delay to the subsitution was getting the incoming player ready and waiting for the next break in play. Bednarek didn't continue after the foul. He was stood on the side of the pitch pleading with the medical staff to not sub him.
Making a back is a nasty, cowardly foul.....see Kane on Llalana. As expected, Hoops saw no issue.
