Power Balance Wristbands

After extensive research (particularly here: http://10minus9.wordpress.com/2010/06/01/power-bollocks-holograms-unicorns-and-shaquille-oneals-magic-underpants), I can reveal that these wristbands are as effective as magic underpants.

I have worn a Trion z dual loop for two years and would not go without wearing it. If i forget to put it on at night i have trouble sleeping and before i bought it i had wrist and tennis elbow problems affecting my golf and this has cleared it up. The Trion z have magnets in them though and i would be sceptical of the hologram ones.
