Actually on second thoughts I think this is a bit of a trick question.

Whichever hand gets the A of diamonds wins, therefore it is a 50-50.

Top 3, Defenitely.
Having 2 kings in poker is an very strong hand, not as good as two Aces though.

But how does a top Poker player see it?

Or think of eleven cards in each team. One missing card and the other team wins.

Hey ref!

No, because hand 2 can have the ace and lose to a straight.

No it can't. The pair of Kings in hand 1 preclude the ability to get a straight. If hand 2 has the Ace, then the best hand 1 can do is King, King, Ace, Queen, Jack, i.e. a pair of Kings with three good kickers, which would lose to the pair of Aces in hand 2.

In answer to your question, perseus, I'd hope a professional poker player would realise that there's no difference in the odds. They'd have to do some majorly impressive card counting though to know exactly which 4 cards were left hidden!
