I used to manage a kiddies team once. International level in fact.

I got the sack though cos I kept putting Seaman in the U9's.

I'm involved in this with Paul who is one of our excellent coaches and who has played at a very high level of football.

We've sent flyers out to all of our local schools in the Portslade aread and Mrs Coach of DASH and other friends we've made over the last season, which was our first will vouch for us on this.

We're fully affiliated with the Sussex County FA and we have our own website at Mile Oak Wanderers F.C..

As Paul says, all of the coaches(including myself) have or are in the process of obtaining their enhanced FA CRB processed. In fact, from next year, it will be compulsary for all of those involved in childrens football to be fully FA CRB'd.

We regularly take the kids on trips to the Albion and all of us have a really good relationship with the parents of the children.

As Paul says, if you have a little one who is currently in years 3 & 4 - boy or girl, then give me or Paul a shout.

Good luck I used to live in Mile oak in another life and how things have changed my mate and I advertised for kids to play in the Fishergate Flyers under 12's and had 107 kids turned up.
great times while we were managing kids teams but not the job for everyone.

Yes and they are both County Teams so fingers crossed Sunday week for him.
