This is a tough call this season, but

1. Oatway (genuinely deserves his place in midfield
2. Reid (has slotted in to right back really well and with a good chance of being a Socceroo)
3. Carpenter (has really hit form since Boxing Day, scored 4 important goals all of which has coincided with the good run of team form)

Young Player - Hinsh / Virgo

It's difficult pick as all the team has contributed a lot in getting us where we are today.

3. Butts

Most improved - Reid
Laziest - Knight
Worst - Jonah

As a team we have done far better than I thought we would. Was expectingthe usual, last couple of games to need 3 or more points but it's 6 from 11 so well done lads.

3) Virgo

Leon would have been up there if he a) hadn't fallen over so much and b) had played like he has in the last 4/5 games all season. He is so skillful its a shame that we do not always see it.

I think CO has been inspirational this season, and is the main reason why so many teams have failed to get any rhythm going in the middle of the park. He is always breaking up the opponents play, getting amongst them, and then playing the simple pass.

Add to that, an inspiartional leader, to the extent that Hinsh has meant we haven't missed DC at the back, while CO has meant we haven't missed DC's leadership qualities.

Charlie, you have been top man this season.
