Classic England shellsuit - I think I had the same one. That game was one of my first Albion memories, since I was 10 at the time. Funny to see how much fashion has changed in that time, when I've never really noticed the progression during the last 20 years.

I remember that day as being the first and only time I got my face painted in blue and white stripes....what a plum!

And what a disappointing day out, I'm sure Walker hit the post when we were 1-0 down which might well have changed the game. But we just couldn't handle Tommy Johnson on that afternoon.

Cannot remember who we had the first game of the next season but i do recall that Notts County had Manchester United!!! If only!!!
