FFS get a life
They said last year that they were minded to reject it. But it was called in by the ODPM and referred to the Public Inquiry (and therefore it will be up to Prescott, not Lewes DC, to make the decision).dave the gaffer said:ah right...however my original point was, if they reject it, what happens then?

Prescott hasn't yet taken any decisions about any of the applications. There are four separate planning applications, two in Brighton & Hove and two in Lewes. All four of them (including this roadworks application) are within the scope of the resumed Public Inquiry.

Are Falmer DC regarded as a 3rd Party?
Also one minor point that I assume LB can answer, but I note that the application to improve the roads etc have been put to Lewes DC...if they reject the application which i assume they will as the hate us, where does that leave us?
