Many football grounds are arranged around a running track in Europe, so if we get any European ties in the next 2 seasons, the away fans will think it's quite normal

Yes they will take it down. It cant be any nearer because the track is still used by the athletics club. Its not any further away than the away stand is at the moment.

Why can't the club buy Withers off the athletics club? And they can share Falmer with us when its built?

We have to still be at Withers for at least another 3 seasons.
