Im trying online to get a ticket but they havnt been there since 5pm, i couldnt find my card and now they have vanished. do they come back on when the office opens or have i missed the boat again. Can Anyone put me out of my misery??

The Grub and I will be there once we've disembarked from our narrowboat and driven the short distance across to Peterborough. Currently domiciled in Stoke Bruerne near Towcester, but need to take the boat back to Market Harborough.
Just to make it complicated, we're going via Derby once we've dropped the boat off!
