I worked with a Jenny Taylor, who was the most ugly and humourless women I have ever met.

She also had a personal hygiene problem, which was amplified when I had to work with her checking the investment records of a major insurance company locked in their vaults from 9-5 for a week with no air conditioning.

Were they in the same class as R.Sole?

I'm an accountant, and we once had a client named Raymond Sole, who would answer the phone "R Sole here"!

:lolol:

My wifes cousin's name is Cath Lyon, and apparently all the kids at school would make sea-lion noises when the register was called out!

:D

I know a Craig Shell known to his friends as C-Shell.

There's also a Richard Head who used to work at Halfords in Newhaven.

Went to school with a Sky Bliss - quite nice name i think!

When I was doing time at the ntl call centre I used to while away those long and difficult calls by scanning the database for funny names. Mr Goodenough was always one of my personal favourites.

Recently saw a Ms Takeshita playing for the Nippon Volley Ball team - I should be above finding that sort of thing funny by now, but it still makes me giggle.

Classic. My Mother-in-Law has a friend called Robyn Smith who married a Bradley Coffins. Surprisingly she didn't take his name when they married!

I have met a Mike Hunt and he is.
I met a hippy lady called Positive Wassaman (apparently there was a Wassaman pregnancy test in the 60's)
My parents used to live next to a bloke called Basil Balls and I went to school with a bloke called Lance Cock.
My wife's first name, dull by comparison, is Essex.
All genuine I assure you...
