People who constantly analyse other people when they need to spend more time looking at themselves.

Best one yet, absolutely.
"judge not, lest you be judged" is the biblical reference I think.

It seems to me though, that the more religious, especially Christian, someone claims to be, the more judgemental and self righteous they are to other people.

My old boss used to read his emails out to himself, it was normally a whisper but some times you could hear him and you'd think he was talking to you. What a twat.
