Georgie Best was the best footballer that I have ever seen either in person or on the TV. Followed by Pele Cryuff Beckenbaur Eusbio Maradonna in that order.

My vote goes to Best. Both Pele and Maradona were strong as an ox with a low centre of gravity. It was all about power. George Best was a total lightweight by comparison, but one shake of the hips and he was GONE!

It always seems fashionable to knock Pele which seems odd to me. The man was the greatest footballer of his generation, almost certainly the best player that's ever lived and a true gentleman to boot.
