Yeah this is correct actually i just want to say you that when you have delete the data or any file of your computer by pressing the Shift+Delete this file is always dleet from your computer but you can recover this file or data via some software of data recovery and get back your deleted data of your computer.........

I see that you have been on a few Dodgy sites then Westander

There use to be a tool on the market similar to what the police use to recover files, pictures and other stuff, regardless of other operations, file movements you do, but I have tried to find the name but can nolonger remember it. The best advice is back-up any files that are important to an external or plug drive.
