Rarely has a player been so keen to avoid working hard to earn a chance in the Premier League in favour of joining any club who will take him on loan. Obviously he has no future at Chelsea, he should find himself a permanent move to the Championship where he'd score a handful of goals and if he helped that team into the Premier League then he'd get his shot. Maybe he doesn't actually think he's good enough to play every game and would rather be farmed out here and there, pick up his money every week and then not worry too much about being a footballer. Just an observation.

Personally, I'd like us to sign him on a permanent deal and then see what he's really got but he'd then have to play every week, and I don't really get the impression that's too high up his list of priorities.

Meh! Talented but lazy. Seems to think ability alone will give him the success he thinks he deserves and can't be arsed with the hard work needed to put him in the right place on the pitch to allow his skill to shine.
A waste of space in a squad of hungry players with ambition to achieve.

He'd have to do more than one good season in a strong Boro team to justify the hype imo. Don't know if he's talented or not but he comes across as a precocious a**e much like a lot of other Chelsea and Arsenal kids that are cast off. Victims of propaganda.

Glad Burnley are getting him, even more nailed on for relegation
