Bless his heart. It’s almost as if he feels he needs to explain his decision to us. Like there’s any need for that. An exemplary professional who gave us fantastic service for seven seasons. He’s earned the right to do whatever he pleases.

Best wishes, Pascal. Thanks for everything. Hope we get an opportunity to see you at The Amex again soon to give you a proper send off.

I'm happy it happened and absolutely DELIGHTED for him, to be honest (I'm well over being sad he's gone). Playing CL football for the team you supported as a kid - at 33? It's the stuff of dreams.

I can't think of an Albion player who deserves that more!
