Is this allowed? I fancy having some lunch at Dicks bar tomorrow and wondered if we would be OK to park in the AMEX car park.

Yep. No charge, no restrictions.
Don't expect too much from the lunch though, I think they only do the basic footy-fayre stuff ie pies and shit (which is fine on a matchday, but not that great for an actual lunch out type thing).

the east stand restaurant is open every day, maybe a better choice.
Yes went to Dicks bar yesterday-nothing meal wise just sandwiches,rolls,paninis and pies (£2.70 from memory !)
